Meet The Hosts
Natisha Willis
Hey yall, I’m Coach Tish – Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and author of the Amazon bestselling book, #CoachYaDamnSelf.
As a Joy Alignment Strategist and Director of the Imposter Freedom Academy (IFA), my mission is to train Black women and other diverse leaders to holistically release negative experiences so that we can confidently create a life aligned with our greatest joy.
When I experienced two traumatic events – a robbery and attempted kidnapping – during my first 2 years living abroad, I learned pretty quickly that my ability to respond immediately and holistically is one of my superpowers.
As a Board Certified (BCC) Executive, Life, Health and Community Coach, I’ve trained in Trauma Release Methods (TRE), Positive Psychology (PPsyA) and currently sit on the Faculty of Noomiversity, a NBHWC certified health coach training program for Noom, Inc.
If you’d like me to support you as a Leader or lead your team through a group workshop, you can find me at www.natishawillis.com.
